Purpose and Mission: The Health & Wellness Advisory Committee was established to support the City of Irvine’s expanding health and wellness efforts. Its mission is to review, advise, and collaborate on initiatives related to children, youth, and family programs, housing assistance, supportive services, and community wellness programming. The Committee serves as a liaison between the City and the community, promotes City events, shares community feedback, and reports annually on progress and accomplishments.
Irvine Public Library cards are free and available to California residents. To receive an Irvine Public Library card, you will need:
- A photo ID
- Proof of California residence (a Driver's License or state issued ID is acceptable)

On May 16, the County of Orange closed the Heritage Park and University Park Library locations. These locations will open as part of the Irvine Public Library system Sunday, August 3.
