Join the nonprofit OC Goes Solar and the City of Irvine for a free, community workshop designed to help you confidently explore your solar options.

Register for the community workshop taking place Wednesday, August 20, 6:30–8 p.m. At this workshop, you’ll learn about:

  • How solar panel systems work and typical costs.
  • What the federal tax credit covers and why it's likely expiring at the end of 2025.
  • Important local incentives, like a $1,000 rebate for battery storage and free EV chargers for Orange County Power Authority customers.
  • Tips for choosing the right system for your unique situation with an interactive Q&A.

Pre-event social with refreshments begins at 6:15 p.m.

Educational workshop presentation kicks off at 6:30 p.m.
